Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Guildwood Village Community Association will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 7 pm at Church of the Holy Trinity located at 85 Livingston Road in Guildwood Village.

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to update members on the activities of the Association during the past year and to elect GVCA’s Officers. ​​All community residents are invited, but only members can vote. Residents can sign up to become a member on our website in advance of the meeting.

If you are new to Guildwood since March 2024, membership for your first year is free! Please contact treasurer@guildwood.ca for first time membership information!

If you are interested in serving on your community association, please submit your CV to the Secretary at secretary@guildwood.ca to be considered for nomination.

The Guildwood Village Community Association is committed to providing public access to the monthly board meeting minutes and minutes of past Annual General Meetings. This is an ongoing project involving digitizing meeting minutes going back to the Association’s beginnings in 1958. At the present time, the monthly meeting minutes from the present day back to 2013 are now available online at the link below.  The minutes of the Annual General Meetings are available for 2019 and onwards.
