The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to update members on the activities of the Association during the past year and to elect GVCA’s Officers.

The AGM is an opportunity for members to learn more about the many ways your community association has been working hard for the Guildwood community over the last year. 

​

The Annual General Meeting of the Guildwood Village Community Association was held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Church of the Holy Trinity Guildwood, 85 Livingston Road. The AGM draft minutes are available below.

​​All community residents are invited, but only members can vote. 

Residents can sign up to become a member on our website in advance of the meeting.

If you are interested in serving on your community association, please submit your CV to the Secretary at secretary@guildwood.ca to be considered for nomination.

If you are new to Guildwood since March 2023, membership for your first year is free! Please contact treasurer@guildwood.ca for first-time membership information.

The Guildwood Village Community Association is committed to providing public access to the monthly board meetings as well as minutes from past Annual General Meetings. The GVCA is working to digitize meeting minutes back to the GVCA's inception, in 1958.
