Guildwood Day is June 7!

Guildwood Day is back on June 7, 2025! Come on out for the day to celebrate our community with your neighbours and friends.

This year’s theme is Shop Local. We have an exciting array of events and activities, including a morning parade, vendor’s market, games and activities, barbecue and evening entertainment.

Check out the day’s agenda below:

8:30am: Pancake Breakfast (Guildwood Presbyterian Church)

8:45am: Mas Camp (Parade decoration pop-up hosted by NYAD on the property of the Church of the Holy Trinity @ Livingston & Guildwood Parkway)

10:00am: Parade on the Parkway (Decorate a float or bike and join us starting at Sir Wilfrid Laurier. Businesses must sponsor to participate)

10:00am-2:00pm: Community Marketplace (Face painting, local vendors, games, BBQ lunch, prize draws and more! Located at the back of Laurier)

5:00pm-dark: Guild Park Evening BBQ with live band, The Eh List. Show your GVCA membership for a free meal!

We’re currently seeking sponsors, vendors and volunteers for the event.

Volunteers Opportunities

We need adult and high school volunteers to help us out throughout the day. Tasks include running children’s games, setting up and tearing down. Student volunteers will earn community service hours. Please contact jmalcolmg.gilchrist@gmail.com.

Sponsorship Opportunities

As the GVCA’s most expensive event of the year, we are looking for local businesses to help offset the cost by sponsoring events & prizes. If you want to connect with residents of the GVCA to promote your business, Guildwood Day is the place to do it! Please email dee@deeandjason.com for sponsorship opportunities.

Vendor Opportunities

Our vendor market is a great opportunity to meet with local shoppers. Sell your products or promote your business to Guildwood residents. Please contact chungshirl@gmail.com for vendor information.
